About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Pack-Out Technician to assist with the removal, inventory, protection, transport, and return of personal contents from residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
This is a hands-on, physical position that plays a critical role in helping customers protect their belongings during the restoration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pack, label, inventory, and document customer contents
- Load and unload contents for transport to and from secure storage
- Wrap, protect, and stage furniture and personal items on-site
- Maintain accurate inventory records and photos
- Work closely with mitigation and restoration crews
- Keep vehicles, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
- Interact professionally and compassionately with customers during stressful situations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in damaged or construction-type environments
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately
- Background check required
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in contents handling, moving, restoration, or warehouse work. This is an entry-level position so no experience is required as we will provide the training necessary to succeed.
- IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic familiarity with inventory or photo documentation apps

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
