**What You’ll Do:**
- Accurately input and manage data related to client projects, invoices, and restoration jobs.
- Update and maintain databases with job details, customer information, and project statuses.
- Process paperwork, including insurance claims and service reports.
- Collaborate with our restoration team to ensure seamless communication and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
