Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive estimates for reconstruction projects Using Xactimate.
- Collaborate with project Managers, and insurance adjusters to ensure accurate scope of work.
- Review damage assessments and create itemized project estimates.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reconstruction estimating.
- Proficiency in Xactimate is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
