Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office

- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings

- Supervise and train office staff on policies, procedures, and best practices

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments with vendors and customers

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments

- Manage relationships with vendors

- Ensure compliance with medical office management regulations and guidelines

- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders

Skills:

- Strong event planning skills to organize office events and meetings

- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

- Knowledge of clerical duties such as filing, data entry, record keeping and Quickbooks management along with our bookkeeper

- Experience in vendor management

- Excellent communication skills to interact with techs, staff, customers and sub contractors
